	ArtBits News of the Arts for the week of July 3-9, 2008 Today is ... SUMMER IS OFFICIALLY HERE! Bay Day kicks off on Sunday with lots more than fireworks. The 29th annual summer festival offers a full family day with the Great Race, lakefront games, sports, fair food, fireworks, continuous live music, and the first *Summer Sounds* Concert of the year, all to celebrate Independence Day.
